Professional Staff

Amie P. Smith earned her Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a audiologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and she is a registered audiologist in the State of Colorado. She is also an educational audiologist.

Randall D. Smith, our co-founder and president, founded with his wife Amie, in 1990. Mr. Smith earned his Master's degree in Education at McNeese State University. He is a speech-language pathologist certified with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He has been certified trainer for the Fluency Master since 1994. He is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist through the National Board for Certification of Hearing Instrument Specialists. He is licensed in the State of Colorado (CO HAD #80).

He is senior author of  The Hearing Aid Decision: Answers to Your Many Questions (2007).    It is available through Amazon.com, better bookstores, and many audiology/hearing aid offices throughout the nation, and Lakewood Hearing & Speech Center.

He also authored About Hearing Aids and Hearing Loss: Answers to 101 Questions (1991).
